Basic Training Course for NGOs/ Voluntary Organizations Initiated by Rashtriya Sewa Bharati

Rashtriya Sewa Bharati is an umbrella organisation that co-ordinates the efforts of voluntary organizations working relentlessly for the upliftment of the downtrodden masses helping them in education, health etc and empowering them to be self reliant, contributing citizens of India. Many VOs / NGOs from all parts of the country have seeked guidance for running projects, managing officec, maintaining accounts, writing proposals etc in an efficient way. 

Some organizations & training centers are already imparting training to Voluntary organizations. Rashtriya Sewa Bharati started imparting basic training in 2012, in 12 states in their capitals, and more than 800 VOs participated for 2 days each. The trainings are imparted, by way of power point presentations to the office bearers of VOs as well as project in charge. The subjects covered are Accounts & audit, sourcing of finance, project proposal writing, office management, publicity & public relation, HR, report writing, project running etc, for which a training roadmap and appropriate content  has been created.

We have published a work-book on the basic training course in English & Hindi. The manual narrating the trainings is also to be published.
